Fork and Lettuce

I have to constantly remind myself to cook more greens and vegetables. Maintaining a varied diet can be a struggle for me as i tend to fall back on my usual cooking patterns.
I make the same old stuff I always have, then proceed to smash my mouth with half a dozen lettuce leaves to maintain a sense of equilibrium for my body to feed on.
